Horseriding Trek Accross the Pyrenees June 7th - June 11th 2008 In Aid of Scope
On June 7th my wife Gayatri Cook and friend Maria Rocke are embarking on an adventure trek on horseback across the spanish Pyrenees for Charity. The journey is going to take 4 days and will cover some awe-inspiring yet challenging terrain for horse and rider.
Scope is a charity that works for equality for disabled people in the UK. Scope's work with people who have cerebral palsy is vital to thousands of disadvanted people throughout the country. For more information on Scope and in particular the
charity trek in
the Pyranees visit the scope site at .
The Pyranees adventure in aid of Scope is paid for by those who are participating so all sponsorship money goes to charity. To go to Spain all participants need to raise a minimum of £1800 for the charity. If you would like to donate, please contact us through this website or make a donation online at
Gayatri Cook's Justgiving page. Justgiving is a great way to securely donate money online to charity
and if you are a UK taxpayer then an extra tax donation is made on your behalf.
Please support Gayatri and Maria by visiting and sponsoring them in this great cause. Thank you
